I do not have a curiouscat, tellonym, or anything of the like — but if you have an unanswered question you can just message me and ask, given it be reasonable!

What do you use to draw?
The program that I use for most of my drawings is Ibis Paint X, and I use the stylus from my LG phone to draw. Any animations are done on Flipaclip unless I state otherwise.Do you accept art trades/collabs/requests?
I do not accept requests at any given time unless I state otherwise! I am open to collaborations or art trades with mutuals/friends, but there is no guarantee that I will be able to accept those.Can I use your art?

No! Just kidding, I allow it under certain circumstances. If I post a comic on Twitter, I allow a translated version of my art to be reposted as a QRT or on Facebook with a link back to the post so long as a disclaimer that it may differ from the original language is there. Please make sure to like, reshare, and link back to my posts to support me always, as well as encourage others to do the same! If you see re-uploaded content of mine that clearly was not permitted, please inform me and report to ensure it is taken down and cannot be profited from.Can I make something based on art you made?
It depends on what you want to make, but my default answer is, "Of course!" I would be honored if you took inspiration from something I created, as long as it is not a reupload, borderline copying/plagiarism, tracing, or just a flat-out ripoff. Give your own twist to it! If you're unsure of if your inspiration crosses the line as just an inspiration or a reference, you can just check with me.I think I have found someone impersonating you, what do I do?
I do not list all of the applications, socials, and sites that I use online in my carrd — though the best thing to do in this situation is to just message me and confirm if it's me or not. If it is not me, then please assist me in reporting the account in order to take it down.Is there somewhere I can financially support you?

For any inquiries, my direct messages on Twitter might be best, though I try to answer back on Instagram and Tumblr. I do not answer asks on Tumblr unfortunately. For long term contact, my Discord is ideal though I do not readily give it out.

QUESTIONS
What can I use your art for if I credit?
-AS HEADERS/BANNERS: Please credit my handle visibly in your biography/page description.
-AS PROFILE PICTURES: Take the aforementioned steps.
-AS PERSONAL BACKGROUNDS: No credit is needed, but just know my handle in case you show your background to someone and they request the source.
-IN VIDEO EDITS/AMVS: Credit me at the top of the description in the site you upload to and tag me/link my social. Credit can also be included in the video itself. You can only use my art in edits/AMVs uploaded to Instagram, Twitter, or YouTube.
-IN CARRDS: Credit my handle at the home page of your carrd and link it to my carrd or social media.
-AS INSPIRATION/REFERENCE: May not necessarily need credit, but if your publicly-posted content is heavily referenced or inspired off of mine, I would appreciate credit to the exact work of mine that inspired you.
-PERSONAL USE: For strictly personal use, such as backgrounds. As long as you do not morph my work into something I would disapprove of or make merchandise, I do not care what you do for personal use.What happens if I do not credit you?
You cannot use my art for anything if you cannot do the most basic, respectful thing you could do on the internet for an artist. You will not have my permission to use it in any form, and I will request that you to stop using it or take down the form of usage. If needed I will file a takedown and report the post if there is one. Since the filing of takedowns is very likely, you save us both trouble by simply crediting me.Can I repost or re-upload your art?
As previously mentioned, you do not have my permission whatsoever and I will file a report on your post if you reupload regardless. A takedown will also likely be filed. Please support my original post with reshares, retweets, reblogs, likes, and through sharing links to the post.What if I see your art reposted or used without credit?
The best thing you can do about reposts is inform people in the comments of the source, which is me, and report the repost on my behalf. Informing me may also be a good idea though I am not guaranteed to respond. For art of mine that is used without credit, then I would just prefer if you encouraged the person to credit me and even linked my terms of usage for the individual — perhaps they were not aware of my exact terms or forgot to credit. Encouraging them to not use my content is also a good idea. If they still refuse to credit after being confronted, then do not waste your energy and move on, as there is not much you can do to change the fact that they are using my art, asides from reporting the account--which likely does not benefit any party.Is there an exception to a certain rule in your terms of service?
I worded it so that we avoid instances like this, but yes, there are some exceptions. I personally cannot think of many for the terms I came up with, and if you message me about a possible exception, then we can work something out and I may grant you permission to use my art in a way that you were previously denied of. That being said, if the exception you have an inquiry about is not listed as such, then it is still a violation of my terms--so do not carry out the usage until you have consulted me.
